Day 188: Back to Blogging

I've been unable to keep up the momentum of my early blogging, but I have kept up with my weight loss. The last few weeks have slowed or stalled out, but I've kept eating less, moving more and the pounds are staying off. Progress is still being made, and I'm tweaking my approach again to drop that last bit of fat and start building muscle. Overall I'm happy about the transformation that has taken place in my body and in my life. Being in control of my weight has given me the feeling of being in control of my life as a whole.
